1. Scope and roles

1.1 Site and checkout — For registration, orders, payment, authorized install, and support on the Site, we act as data controller.

1.2 Your deployed instance — After you deploy the install pack on your server, CRM data, marketing contacts, message content, and engagement metrics are under your control. Except when you request support or during authorized install, we do not routinely access business databases on your instance.

1.3 邮箱 recipients — You must provide your own privacy notice to end recipients (including unsubscribe). This Policy does not replace that obligation.

2. Information we collect

We do not long-term host your contact lists or send content from the Site; that data stays on your server.

Domain email finder: Public business information from searches may be cached to speed up and improve the service. If you use bring-your-own LLM API keys (BYOK), those keys stay in your browser local storage and are not uploaded to our servers.

3. Legal bases and uses

• Contract: orders, delivery, authorized install, maintenance billing;
• Legitimate interests: security, fraud prevention, service improvement;
• Consent: authorized install checkboxes, optional marketing where required;
• Legal obligation: accounting, tax, disputes, regulatory requests.

4. Sharing and processors

We do not sell personal information. We share only as needed with:

• Payment providers (e.g. Alipay, Airwallex);
• Infrastructure hosts for the Site and backend;
• Authorized install systems with encrypted credential storage;
• Authorities when legally required.

5. International transfers

Servers may be located outside Hong Kong (e.g. United States). By using the Site you understand cross-border transfers may occur. We apply reasonable safeguards such as encryption and access controls.

6. Retention

7. Your rights

Where applicable law grants them, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or lodge a complaint with a regulator.

Requests about recipient data on your deployed instance should be directed to your organization (the software operator); we assist only when you engage support.

8. Cookies and local storage

• Login sessions and authentication;
• Locale preferences where used;
• sessionStorage / localStorage for visit throttling and security challenges.

We do not use third-party advertising cookies on the Site. Changes will be reflected in an updated policy.

9. Security

We use HTTPS, password hashing, encrypted credential storage, and access controls. No system is perfectly secure—protect your account and server credentials.

10. Children

Our products are for business users. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18.

11. Updates

We may update this Policy on the Site. Material changes will be reasonably highlighted. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
